1. What is forged aluminum?
Forged aluminum wheels are crafted from solid aluminum billets that are subjected to extreme pressure and heat to achieve superior strength, grain structure, and reduced porosity. This process results in significantly stronger, lighter, and more durable wheels compared to cast alternatives.
2. Are forged wheels more durable than cast wheels?
Absolutely. Forged wheels exhibit a much higher strength-to-weight ratio, greater impact resistance, and improved fatigue life – making them ideal for both performance and luxury applications.
3. What’s the difference between monoblock and multi-piece wheels?
Monoblock (1PC) wheels are machined from a single block of aluminum, offering lightweight strength and clean aesthetics. Multi-piece (2PC/3PC) wheels offer more customization in design, fitment, and finish – preferred for bespoke builds and unique styling
4. What material do you use for your forged wheels?
We use aerospace-grade 6061‑T6 aluminum, known for its outstanding mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and lightweight structure. Upon request, we also offer magnesium alloy and 7075 options for specific performance builds.
5. Do you perform engineering analysis (FEA) and testing?
Yes. Each design undergoes finite element analysis (FEA), and our forging partners perform structural testing to ensure every wheel meets or exceeds international safety standards.
Fitment & Customization
6. I’m unsure how a specific wheel will look on my car. Can you help?
Certainly. We offer 3D visualizations tailored to your exact vehicle, including finish previews and brake clearance verification, ensuring a perfect aesthetic and technical fit.
7. Can you produce custom offsets, widths, or bolt patterns?
Yes – every set is built-to-order. We can precisely match any required fitment, from OEM+ to extreme custom specs for widebody or performance applications.Absolutely. 8. Can I personalize the color and finish of my wheels?
Absolutely. Choose from brushed, polished, gloss, satin, tinted clears, solid colors, or even dual‑tone effects. We also offer custom engraving, center cap logos, and bespoke finishes.
9. Do you offer centerlock applications or vintage car fitments?
Yes – we can engineer centerlock systems and provide retro fitments for classic vehicles, ensuring both heritage and performance standards are met.
Production & Shipping
10. How long does production and delivery take?
Each Velliore set is made to order according to the approved specification. The standard turnaround time is approximately 8–10 weeks and includes production, finishing, detailed quality control and delivery.
For selected projects, we offer priority production with express air freight, reducing the total turnaround time to approximately 6–8 weeks. This service is available at an additional cost.
11. Are the wheels insured during shipping?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage. We also use reinforced double boxing and protective foam to ensure safe delivery.
12. Which carriers do you use?
We partner with premium logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure fast and secure international delivery.
13. Can I pick up the wheels personally or arrange my own courier?
Of course. Local pickup or third-party couriers are welcome with prior coordination.
Returns & Policy
14. Can I return my wheels if I change my mind?
Each Velliore set is made to order according to the specification approved by the client. For this reason, custom-made products are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal in the cases set out in Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the product with the contract.
15. What happens if there is a defect or damage?
In the rare event of a defect or shipping damage, we will replace the wheels or provide an appropriate solution. All wheels are covered by a structural warranty.
16. Do you offer warranty?
Yes. All wheels come with a lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty, provided proper care and installation are observed.

19. Can I visit your showroom or see a sample in person?
Our design studio operates by appointment only. Swatch kits and physical samples can also be shipped to verified clients or dealerships.
